When you want to buy pineapple, you must be careful and look out for the ones which have leaves and are in perfect condition. Try putting out pineapple in the fridge, because it loses flavour and many of its properties, it is best to kept in refrigerator.

4 pieces of pineapple

1 tablespoon of flaxseed oil

1 tablespoon of honey and

• Water

Preparation:
Blend pineapple chunks and mix with flaxseed, put the milk, pineapple and ice in a blender and
mix until smooth, then add special linseed oil for cooking.
