DEHYDRATION: TOP SIGNS YOU ARE NOT DRINKING ENOUGH WATER

Every day you should drink at least 8 glasses of pure water, plus coffee, tea, juices, jams and so on. But this is need often ignored the, leading the body to dehydration.

Due to the fact that the body has not enough water, it alters metabolism and toxins. It is especially important to drink a lot in the summer, when one loses a lot of fluid
due to the warm days, with the possible occurrence of syncope and other disease.

To find out if you drink enough, check yourself for the next 10 features:

1. Dry eyes:
 If you feel an itch in your eyes, like whites bloodshot, then be sure to drink water. When the dry tear ducts is dry, this means that the body is in lacks water. This can lead to various eye diseases.

2. Strong Test:

Periodically, there is a strong thirst. If you have a strong desire arises, the brain sends signals and require active liquid. This means that the body is dehydrated.

3. Heart palpitations:
Without enough water, the blood becomes viscous and begins to flow slowly. This increases the load on the heart.

4. Dry mouth:
If you are healthy, but feels your mouth is dry, most likely, your body begins to experience dehydration.

5. Reduce the amount of urine and change its colour:
Dehydration reduces the amount of urine and changes its colour. This is another sign of water shortage which eventually leads to dehydration.

6. Joint pain:
The joint pain is not just common in athletes but also in ordinary people. Some are injured after running and jumping.
The cartilage disks of a person is 80% watery, if not, the joints rub together, causing pain. If you have no injuries and diseases but experiences this, it is most likely you are dehydrated.

7. Dry skin:
The state of our health is reflected in our skin. If you have very dry skin, somebody lacks water.

8. Losing muscle mass:
The muscles are formed by water, so drinking some amount of water during a training session is a necessity.

9. Constant fatigue and drowsiness:
If you do not get enough sleep, even after a long sleep all the time and feel tired, then you need to pay attention to how the amount of water you drink. Lack of water leads to a lack of oxygen, therefore, this is such a state.

10. Deterioration of digestion:
If you feel heartburn, be sure to drink water. Without the proper amount of moisture, mucus in the stomach, is reduced and causes concentrated in stomach acid and damage to the internal organs.

With age, the body becomes more and more difficult to retain water. Therefore, it is necessary to increase water consumption.

To be healthy and look young, one must comply with the rules on the right to drinking water always throughout one’s life.
