FIGHT THAT BAD BREATH NOW

Take control of your health today.
Having bad breath from the mouth? Many people immediately resort to temporary treatments to address this problem instead of thinking about the cause of the ailment.

The truth is that bad breath from the mouth may be caused by some discomfort, food, and
perhaps even habits. If you have chronic bad breath, you should first examine your hygiene habits. Be sure to floss at least once a day and brush your teeth regularly.

CAUSES OF BAD BREATH

·        Dry Mouth:
It is also possible that a dry mouth plays a role in the development of bad breath. The cause of dry mouth is the decomposition of dead cells in your mouth and tongue. This decomposition produces an unpleasant odour.

Extreme diets and using snuff products like soft drinks, coffee, and alcohol use also contribute to the development of bad breath. Of course you should always avoid products containing snuff.

Radical diets and fasting are the major dietary changes that often cause bad breath.
Having a diet of raw foods, or simply change your diet by drinking and eating more healthy foods like fruits and vegetables generally have more positive results as far as bad breath is concerned.

·        Poor digestion and bad breath:
You may not realize it, but poor digestion and not chewing your food can well cause bad breath. If you have certain intestinal disorders, constipation, or have a slow digestive system, it is a red-flag sign to develop bad breath. The reason is that these conditions create excess gas in your body, and many of those gases come out of your mouth.

One reason why one develops slow digestion is the lack of hydrochloric acid in the stomach. If there is insufficient hydrochloric acid, food that is not digested in the gut it ends where it gives off an unpleasant odour. This then causes bad breath/odour.

NATURAL REMEDIES FOR BAD BREATH

In your quest to find a solution, you might want to use a mouthwash, usually used after brushing teeth, sold in a nearby shop. Mouthwash is a temporary treatment that can be used to fight bad breath, but its effects will not last more than an hour.
If you use mouthwash, it is important to choose a product that does not contain any alcohol. There are a couple of reasons for this. One is that alcohol contributes to the development of bad breath. Two studies have shown that rinses containing more than 25% alcohol are linked to an increased risk of oral cancer.

In fact there are a number of natural remedies that can be used to help eliminate bad breath.
Take one tablespoon of apple cider vinegar with water before eating supposedly helps the digestive process to run smoothly.
Also gargle with salt water (I recommend using Himalayan crystallized salt) can be useful, because this combination helps to eliminate bacteria in the throat and tonsils.

Other natural remedies include:
·        Organic mint
·        Organic Salvia
·        Fresh parsley and Organic
·        Tea Tree Oil
·        3% Hydrogen Peroxide

Another natural remedy is to use a spray for all natural breath. A favourite and most effective one which is highly recommended is FreshMouth. It provides natural ingredients to combat bad breath without dangerous or harmful ingredients.

I also recommend cleaning your body. If you have bad breath it is possible that your body is in a toxic state. I'd start with a colon cleanse made from oxygen and then do a liver cleanse.

Whatever natural remedy you choose, make sure you study the ingredients before making a decision. Explore your options before using a product is the best way to choose an option that will be healthy and effective.

I really hope you have learned something new today and that you will take massive action once you learn this.
