FIND OUT WHY YOU NEED TO STOP MILK CONSUMPTION








You may be surprised about this topic, that is- “why you need to stop milk consuming milk”. As the case may be, taking milk is not totally bad but too much of it is too bad for your overall health. Some take it in form of diet while some take just for the taste or may be because they are addicted to it. No matter your reason for taking it, today you will learn why you should stop yourself from having to take it always.


You might have known before now that nutritionists around the world recommend drinking low-fat milk or skim milk. However, recently, many experts in the field say it is healthier to drink and eat all dairy products that contain fatty acids.

It is also well known that raw or natural milk is rich in nutrients, but permit me to emphatically tell you today that expert research has been carried out by scientist at Harvard University and concluded that intake of milk is not good for your health. Why? You may ask. This is because common dairy products can cause numerous health problems such as obesity, diabetes, inflammation and many other health diseases because they contain many artificial sweeteners. Yes, you read it right.   

Therefore, a cup of 2 percent milk contains 12.3 grams of sugar is more than a cup of peanut butter Reese.
Scientists and experts have continued to publish and bringing to the knowledge of people the hidden dangers associated with excessive milk intake. They’ve talked about numerous dangerous effects of sugar-sweetened beverages such as the ones listed above. No one likes to live a life full of problems and ill health due to intake of one particular food. Excess amount of sugar is linked to diabetes, inflammation, obesity and many other medical conditions.
In addition, the Department of Agriculture, the American Academy of Pediatrics and other organizations have made it known that caloric beverages are extremely harmful to the health.

A 2005 study published in the journal Archives of Pediatrics and Adolescent Medicine included 12,829 children, aged between 9 -14 years showed that consumption of low-fat milk caused weight gain as opposed to whole milk. Now that you’ve read and known the adverse effects of skim milk consumption, I urge you to avoid them to the minimal and take adequate precautionary measures if you must take it.
