SEE REASONS WHY MORE THAN 9 HOURS SLEEP IS BAD FOR YOUR HEALTH:





Sleeping more than 9 hours a day, or may be sitting too long and lack of exercise can be as harmful to health as smoking or drinking too much alcohol and quadruple the risk of premature death, according to a study warning of top researchers.

Researcher, Melody Ding, who led the study, said that
when a lack of exercise is added to a sedentary lifestyle, the risks are amplified. Therefore, these data points should be taken "seriously" considered as the population sample on which it was made was the largest investigation of its kind in more than 230,000 participants.

As recorded by the Daily Mail, researchers analyzed the lifestyles indicate that sedentary behaviors increase the risk for Disease as well as "smoking, excessive drinking or probre diet." They have also called 'trio of death "to the Domir too, prolonged sitting and lack of exercise.


However, the study also finds that sleep less than seven hours each day also multiplied by the risk of premature death when combined with smoking and drinking large amounts of alcohol.

Professor Adrian Bauman, author of the report also notes that research shows that sleep-related health is an international problem.
