8 THINGS YOU SHOULD STOP DOING TO YOUR INTIMATE AREA

There are specific organs which we should be very careful about, most especially in women, who are much more delicate than men. When it comes to the intimate areas such as the vagina, which is the centre point care should be taken and appropriate measures should be taken on the best way to treat it.

Recent research conducted outlines the best way to care for the female organ and why it should not be exposed due to the adverse effect it has on the female folks. Most times these effects go unnoticed by both the women involved and their various partners, hence exposing them to potential dangers that can hamper their health.

According to the study, there are certain habits both for "sex" and "hygiene" that should not be applied in the vagina, and probably must not be used.
So, take note of these habits so as not to repeat the same mistakes again.

1. Using Douches:
Many think they are super hygienic, but the irony is that they are far away from it. Showers are only meant to be external, but most women tend to go internal. What this does is damage the inner vaginal mucus which protects the natural flora of the intimate area.

2. Hair Dye:
Just for wanting to change the color of their pubic hair, most women go a long way, to the extent of dying the pubic hair. This dangerous technique used by most women is detrimental to their intimate area. These dyes are chemicals, hence, very damaging and can cause irreversible damage to the vagina.

3. Depilatories:
Use of these compounds is very harmful to the intimate area and can have severe allergic reactions.
4. Aromas:
When buying condoms or tampons, try buying the odorless type. This is because the chemical used to flavor the product may cause allergic reaction to the womanliness.
5. Piercings:
This is a fad that has been in boom since the 90s. Most women think piercing the intimate area makes view "sexy" when in reality, it is a hotbed of infection holes you have down there.
6. Poor cleaning:
By going to the bathroom to pee or poo, the correct way to clean is from front to back, and never the other way around, because you run the risk of being infected. So, cleaning the right way saves you a whole load of troubles and money that comes with infection.
7. Chocolate or candy:
Although you may think it is very sexy to be in an erotic encounter, but let it be known to you that the only thing it brings is altering the pH of the vagina, and therefore expose your body to infections. I know you wouldn’t want that, so read and learn.
8. Ignore Symptoms:
This is the worst of all among the list, doing a blind eye when you have itches or itching. It is best to schedule an appointment with your gynecologist immediately notice any changes in your body.
