HOW TO PREVENT HAIR LOSS WITH NATURAL INGREDIENTS

5 Key vitamins to combat male and female baldness:

   I.        Vitamin A: It is essential for normal development of the new cells. If your dose is low, the hair loses its shining effect and the scalp becomes flaky and dry. We can get vitamin A from carrot, parsley, spinach, liver, broccoli, squash and tomatoes.

II.        B complex: Vitamins like B2, B3 and B12 help to reduce the fall and improve the quality of the strands and increased irrigation of blood to the scalp. Biotin also called vitamin B7, vitamin H and sometimes vitamin B8 promotes hair growth, strengthens and prevents it from becoming brittle. Some foods rich in B-complex vitamins are nuts, seafood, dairy products and eggs.

III.        Vitamin C: This vitamin prevents dryness, premature aging or hair becoming brittle. Intake of strawberries, citrus fruits, cauliflower, guava or green leafy vegetables like spinach, so that your diet is rich in this vitamin is recommended.

IV.        Vitamin D: It is essential for calcium absorption, which is necessary so that the hair follicles are healthy. For this nutrient, one must naturally eat fish, eggs, beef liver, liver oils, dairy products and fortified cereals.

  V.        Vitamin E: This vitamin produces new blood vessels and if applied directly to the hair follicle, it can help prevent baldness. Broccoli, tomatoes, spinach, avocado, walnuts, almonds and vegetable oils, are often keys to provide this vitamin.

Natural herbs, oils and spices:
There is a belief that certain herbs, essential oils and spices may be useful to fight some causes of hair loss. Again, this is not scientifically proven, but the tradition has it that these homemade recipes are maintained as an alternative to combat alopecia, or at least to delay the fall of the strands. Here some of these ingredients include:

ü Romero:
Add rosemary oil shampoo to improve blood circulation in the head.

ü Walnut:
Apply on the hair for 20 minutes and maintain an infusion of walnut.

ü Vinegar:
Use vinegar once a week, i.e. two tablespoons of cider vinegar or rice after shampooing, which stimulate capillary circulation and reduce fat.

ü Aloe Vera:
Massage the scalp for a few minutes with the juice of the aloe vera plant.

ü Amla:
Boil dry pieces of amla or Indian gooseberry in coconut oil and rub on the head. This will stimulate the sebaceous glands in the event that the threads are very dry and brittle.

ü Watercress:
Use watercress for the last rinse shampoo infusion of.

ü Nettle:
Take 2-4 cups of nettle leaf tea. It also suggests massaging the scalp with this infusion before leaving the shower and do not rinse.

ü Jojoba oil:
Mix essential oils of lavender, sage, thyme and ginger with a teaspoon of jojoba oil to make a scalp massage.
ü Almond oil:
Another alternative is the sweet almond oil mixed with castor oil or aloe vera gel, massage and leave the mixture for 15 minutes before washing. It is important that this is not used by people allergic to nuts.

ü Olive oil, honey and cinnamon:
The powdered cinnamon with honey and olive oil form a form a mass that should be maintained for 15 minutes.

ü Coconut water:
Washing the hair with coconut water is recommended as coconut water is a rich source of protein.

Washing and combing habits:
The way you comb your hair every day weakens or that otherwise strengthened it. For this, there are some tips that should be taken into account when combing into any hairstyle.
We recommend using the dryer or preferably the hair air dry or gently using a towel.
Brushing or combing too strong involving stretching of the strands as ponytails or buns can be counterproductive to the quality of the strands.

Avoid using shampoo that generates a lot of foam (usually indicative of how abrasive they are). Some people recommend those not containing salt or sodium chloride.
Try to give your hair a break so often, use hot tongs or plates.

Finally, from time to time massage the scalp, it may be during shampooing. It is favourable because it increases the circulation of blood to the hair follicles and strengthens it.
