This report will help you understand the causes, symptoms of depression, stress and anxiety and how to prevent and treat these common conditions.

Why do so many people suffer from depression, stress and anxiety when there are so many options for prevention and treatment?
Do you know the signs that point to the possibility that you have depression or who suffer from stress or anxiety?
So, let's stop prejudice and shame aside and talk honestly about mental health.
Mental health is a fundamental part of a healthy lifestyle and is defined by World Health Organization (WHO)  as the state of being in which the individual develops their own abilities, can cope with the normal stresses of life, can work productively and beneficial for him and for his community.
In fact and in simple words, mental health determines how we deal with our lives and the problems we face over it.

Depression, stress and anxiety are words we hear every day because we live in a world that is at high speed and has an impact on our physical and mental health. Many people had asked what depression is and what are the symptoms of stress? And they expect a quick and easy answer.
However, the answer to this question is more complex than you think. That's why I created this special report that can guide you and answer your numerous questions pertaining to this issue properly.
At some point we all feel unable to overcome a situation that we are into and possibly sadness, depression, stress or anxiety sets in. But with the information contained in this report on depression, stress and anxiety, you will be taking the first step to preventing or treating these common conditions.

Some of the questions I want to ask you my friend are:
Do you know how to distinguish between sadness and depression?
Do you know the different symptoms of stress and know how to recognize how it manifests in you?
Can you determine when that anxiety is no longer normal and becomes an anxiety disorder?

With this concise article of mine, you will have in your hands the way to determine when you are faced with these conditions and how you can deal with it yourself or if you should seek for help.

And remember, that seeking help for stress, anxiety or depression is not a sign of weakness, it's a bullish signal. These problems are no different from other ailments like high blood pressure, diabetes and hypertension. Whatever the cause, there are chemical changes in the body when you are affected by these conditions. So there are professionals who studied and even specialize in this area and are ready to help you out. Do not suffer in silence. If you need help, seek it today. You deserve it.
If you or someone in your family suffers from depression, you are not alone. The World Health Organization [WHO] estimates that each year, about 154 million people all over the world suffer from these conditions.
When things do not go our way, when we suffer a major loss or going through a bad time, it's normal that we will be depressed. Sadness, moody or feeling of loneliness are common when depression sets in. There are also reminiscent emotions we feel, because we are more than flesh and blood and we are human.
But when these feelings last longer than normal and are becoming stronger, which can withstand the harsh penalties, then it ceases to be normal and becomes a disease known as Severe Depression. This is a disease that can seriously affect your daily life, your work, your relationships with others and even your physical health especially when you let it go forward without seeking help and treatment. It can even lead many to fall into addictions or suicidal thoughts.

Warning signs of depression:
Most people suffering from depression do not necessarily experience the same symptoms. As people are different, it is likely that the severity of symptoms, their frequency and duration, vary from one person to another. However, there are warning of both emotional and physical signs that can enable you know that you're going through something more than a couple of days of sadness.
Feeling sad from time to time is normal for all human. However, when these feelings of sadness interfere with the daily life of a person, preventing him from performing well at work, sleep, study, eat, interact with others and enjoy the simple pleasures of life, we are talking about “Severe Depression”. If you suffer from this depression, these feelings of emptiness and sadness will be with you even if you want to get rid of it.

These are disorders that affects the body, mood and thoughts. It can affect and disrupt eating, sleeping and thinking, but it is not the same as being unhappy or listless, nor is it a sign of personal weakness or a condition that can be willed or at will. People with depressive illness or depression, anxiety or stress can not merely "pull themselves together" and get better. It is an illness that requires professional help.

Panacea/Treatment:
The good news is that these conditions can be treated. The sooner you are diagnosed and receive treatment for them, the faster you can move past these days of seemingly endless sadness and loneliness the better for you to enjoy your life.
The first step in treatment is to recognize the signs and symptoms to take control of your life instead of letting it control your life.
Visit a doctor for help
Then take note of all that the doctor has instructed and put them in practice. You cannot expect your life to be better by itself. That's like leaving everything to the wind and the destination. It is better to create your own destiny, taking all necessary steps to care for your physical and mental health.
