FOODS THAT CAUSES ERECTILE DYSFUNCTION IN MEN

Therefore, we will provide a guide to the best foods you can consume in your diet to improve your erections and not experience erectile dysfunction for any reason again.


ü  Sugar
The main problem with sugar is that it is a substance directly into the bloodstream, the main element in erections. Sugar blocks the blood vessels, erections probably will not come to pass. Therefore, removing sugar from your usual intake will help greatly to have long lasting erections.
Sugar also has a negative effect on testosterone; study revealed that glucose reduces testosterone in the body. From this study, it was shown that after consuming glucose, the level of testosterone decreased by 98.6% in men who were used for the study, regardless of whether they were diabetic, pre-diabetic or completely healthy.

ü  Junk food
This type of food is the most damaging and worst enemy of erections because they cause an increase in weight very fast, raise blood pressure as well as cholesterol levels which results in a reduction in testosterone levels and thus, poor erections.
The main problem with these foods is that they are used in preparing trans fats which are highly damaging to health because they raise bad cholesterol level and lower the libido.

ü  Excess alcohol
This has a negative effect on men when it comes to intimacy. It inhibits the central nervous system that is responsible for generating the sexual responses of arousal and orgasm and the circulation of the blood which is a fundamental element in erection.

ü  Processed foods
This is one meal that contains high level of salt that can eventually cause problems with blood pressure and heart disease. They have a negative effect on erections because the amount of preservatives contained in them affects the quality of testosterone.

Avoiding harmful foods
It may seem somewhat excessive to mention harmful foods, but as we all know there is a long list of foods that are far from nurture our body and end up hurting our health, causing us to conditions such as obesity, diabetes and even heart disease.
