1. They are natural source of Vitamin E:
Vitamin E is an antioxidant
that helps prevent coronary heart failure in humans and better metabolizes
oxygen flowing through the bloodstream.
2. Contains B-sitosterol and resveratrol:
They are compounds that are normally
found in plants, they protect the body function. However, it has been
